Privacy Policy for Website
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dialtone Apps (“we”, “us”) processes information when you visit the Image Gallery website at web.imagegallery.dialtoneapps.com and related website pages (the “Website”).
This policy applies to the Website only. The Image Gallery Microsoft Teams app has a separate privacy policy because the app processes Microsoft Teams data differently from this public Website.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Website, we may process the following information:
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, visited pages, timestamps, and basic diagnostic information needed to deliver and secure the Website.
- Contact information: Information you choose to submit through the embedded Microsoft Forms contact form, a support request, email, or similar communication, such as your name, email address, organization, and message content. Form responses are received in a Microsoft 365 tenant owned and operated by Dialtone Apps. Microsoft 365 terms and Microsoft’s privacy practices apply to the Microsoft Forms service.
- Download and documentation activity: Information about pages, downloads, documentation, and app package verification materials you access, such as server logs and analytics events.
- Purchase and billing flow information: If you use a payment link or checkout link from the Website, payment and billing details are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription, invoice, customer, payment status, and billing contact information needed to operate the purchase and subscription.
The Website has no access to any data in a customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant. Processing of Microsoft 365 content by the Image Gallery Microsoft Teams app is covered by the separate Image Gallery app privacy policy.
2. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with the Website and to improve page layout, navigation, content, performance, and troubleshooting. Microsoft Clarity may collect information such as clicks, scrolling, page interactions, visited pages, device and browser details, approximate location, referrer information, behavioral metrics, session recordings, and heatmaps.
Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies. Information collected through Clarity may be processed by Microsoft as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Where required by law, we request consent before using non-essential analytics cookies or similar tracking technologies.
The Website uses Consent Mode and a custom analytics consent banner for Microsoft Clarity. Before you accept, we set optional Microsoft analytics storage to denied where supported. If you accept, we tell Microsoft Clarity that analytics storage is granted. If you decline, we tell Microsoft Clarity that optional analytics storage is denied.
We do not use Microsoft Clarity tracking inside the Image Gallery Microsoft Teams app.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for:
- Website functionality and security
- Analytics and usage measurement
- Understanding how visitors navigate the Website
- Improving content, performance, and usability
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect analytics or optional Website features, but should not prevent access to the main Website content.
You can also use the Website’s analytics consent banner to accept or decline optional Microsoft Clarity analytics storage. The Website stores your preference in local storage so it can apply the same choice on later visits.
4. How We Use Information
We use Website information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Website
- Respond to contact, support, and sales inquiries
- Provide downloads, documentation, trust, and verification information
- Understand Website usage and improve Website content and usability
- Process purchases, subscriptions, invoices, and related customer administration
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and abuse-prevention obligations
We do not sell personal information. Website analytics are limited to Website usage and cannot access or analyze content from a customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant.
5. Third-Party Services
The Website may use or link to the following third-party services:
- Microsoft Clarity - for Website analytics, heatmaps, behavioral metrics, and session insights, subject to the analytics consent choices described above
- Microsoft Azure - to host Website or backend infrastructure
- Microsoft Forms or Microsoft 365 services - to receive contact form submissions or support inquiries, where used
- Stripe - to process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing information when you purchase Image Gallery through Stripe Payment Links or Stripe-hosted checkout
When you use Stripe Payment Links or Stripe-hosted checkout, Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
6. Data Retention
We retain Website logs, analytics information, contact messages, support requests, and billing-related records only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the Website, responding to inquiries, managing subscriptions, meeting legal or accounting obligations, resolving disputes, improving the Website, and preventing abuse.
Analytics information may be retained according to the retention settings and limits of the analytics provider. Contact and billing records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or subscription-management purposes.
7. Hosting and International Processing
We are based in Switzerland. The Website is hosted on Microsoft Azure in West Europe. Some service providers, such as Microsoft, Microsoft Clarity, and Stripe, may process data in other locations according to their service terms and privacy commitments. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data.
You may contact us through the Website contact page to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or subscription-management reasons.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Website Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
