Yes. A Teams or Microsoft 365 administrator can add Image Gallery to Teams and use the Free version if its limits are enough for the organization. The Free version supports up to 50 users and max. 10 tabs per user, with no payment or sign up required. AI powered text search within images is only available on paid plans.

Image Gallery seats are counted by use during each monthly usage period, rather than permanently assigned to named users. For example, if your subscription includes 150 seats, the first 150 people who use Image Gallery during that period can access the app. If the seat allowance has already been reached, additional users will not be able to access Image Gallery until the next usage period begins or the organization increases its seat count.

At the start of each new monthly usage period, the count resets. Teams administrators can also manage who can add or use the app through Teams admin center controls.

Paid plans include all Image Gallery features: tabs for chats and channels, the personal tab app, filters, badges, full screen viewing, quick actions, and AI Image Search. The Free version includes the core gallery experience but does not include AI features.

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Payment Links. Stripe handles the payment flow, while Dialtone Apps manages the Image Gallery subscription, licensing, support, and app package availability.

Stripe checkout asks for your name, company name, and Microsoft Entra tenant ID. Dialtone Apps uses these details to match the payment to the right organization and activate the Image Gallery subscription for your tenant.

Image Gallery is sold directly by Dialtone Apps and is installed by a tenant administrator as a custom Teams app package. This gives your organization a clear review step before rollout: admins can follow the Setup Guide, confirm the published identifiers and hashes on the Deployment Verification page, and then upload it to the organization's Teams app catalog.

Admins can download the package from the Setup Guide. The Deployment Verification page also lists the current version, package hash, Microsoft Teams app ID, Microsoft Entra application ID, redirect URI, and DNS verification details.

The Microsoft consent dialog currently shows the publisher as unverified because the Image Gallery app registration does not carry a Microsoft verified publisher badge. Admins can still review the requested permissions and compare the consent screen against the published Image Gallery identifiers, package hashes, redirect URI, and Dialtone Apps domain on the Deployment Verification page before granting consent.

Download the Teams app package from the Setup Guide, compare the published SHA-256 or MD5 hash on the Deployment Verification page with the downloaded file, and confirm that the Teams External app ID and Microsoft Entra application ID match the values shown on that page.

Image Gallery uses Microsoft Graph with delegated permissions. The signed-in user's existing Teams permissions determine which messages and images the app can show.

Yes. Teams administrators can manage app availability, app setup, and custom app policies in Teams admin center. This lets an organization decide who can add Image Gallery to Teams and which users or groups should have access.

Yes. The documentation includes a Setup Guide for tenant upload, and a Deployment Verification page for package integrity and app identity review. User guides are available upon request.

No. Image Gallery uses the signed-in user's existing access. If a user cannot access a Teams chat, channel, message, or file in Microsoft 365, Image Gallery should not show it to them.

The backend is used for authentication token exchange, licensing, usage metering, and customer administration. Licensing records do not include Teams message text or images.

No. Image Gallery is designed for browsing, filtering, searching, and viewing images that users are already allowed to access in Teams. It is not a backup, archiving, records-retention, eDiscovery, or bulk export tool.
